First contact

You want to entrust us with your project ? Contact us through our website by filling in the contact form (heading “Quotation”) and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Project questionnaire

In order to better define your expectations, a questionnaire will be sent to you to get more information about your company and the final result you want. The more detailed the questionnaire is, the more the final result will correspond to your expectations, hence the importance of this step.

Quote

Following receipt of the completed questionnaire, we will send you within 24 hours, a free detailed quotation adapted to your project in order to establish the total cost of your request.

Contract and deposit invoice

The quotation and the general terms and conditions of sale contained therein act as a contract / order form. If you agree with the quote, you must return it to us signed before its validity deadline (2 weeks after the quote is issued). 

Depending on the services, a deposit of 30% or 50% of the total amount of the quote will be asked to you to validate the achievement of your project. The payment of the deposit conditions the beginning of the work.

Design process

We launch the design process based on our discussions and the previously completed project questionnaire.

First return and modification

We send you the result so that you can validate it or for possible modifications. The free modifications are limited (mentioned in the quote), beyond that, the modifications will be invoiced on quote.

Invoice and final delivery

After confirmation of the final result :

– For your graphic services, we will send you by email the files in different formats depending on the media (png = transparent background; jpeg = with background; pdf = vectorial, for printing; svg = vectorial)

– For your website, you will receive an email with a link to set up your administrator password and access your WordPress dashboard. An e-book will be provided to guide you in managing your site.
